Earlier today, we experienced an outage of our marketing site for 18 minutes. No customer data was lost and the core application remained online during the incident. A 3rd party provider that hosts our marketing/blog experienced connection issues which is why our website was affected. We’re grateful to them for a speedy recovery. We opened an incident war room on FireHydrant and generated a post mortem from the events that unfolded in there.
